"Am I able to pick up my purchase in person?"
At this time we do not have a brick and mortar store where you can pick up packages.
"What is your Exchange Policy?"
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your online shipping confirmation date. (sale items are final and not available for return.) The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information; Order number, Item you are exchanging, the item that you would like instead and tracking # of the package.
Note: All exchanges are refunded via store credit in the form of a MixxedFit® Gift Card, if there is not another item to exchange your returned item with.

"What is your return policy?"
If you're unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your items back to our Corporate Office in accordance with our online return policy.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY: Items must be sent back within 30 days of your online shipping confirmation date. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup deodorant or obvious signs of wear. MixxedFit® reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your item(s) have been received.
Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return (along with the tracking number), as we not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Without proof of receipt & delivery, MixxedFit® will not issue a credit for your return(s).
"The item I ordered is not what I expected!"

That is why MixxedFit® Corporate created the MixxedFit® Retail Satisfaction Guarantee. We guarantee that all MixxedFit® Store customers will be completely satisfied with any and all item purchases.
If an item that you have purchased is damaged (ie: logo came off, or is coming off of the item, hole(s) in item, or logo faded after one wash, etc.), MixxedFit® is happy to refund or replace the item within twenty one (21) days of the customer receiving the item.

"What payment methods do you accept?"
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
"What is your shipping policy?"
We ship anywhere within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, please e-mail email@example.com and we would love to see if we can find a shipping carrier that will send to your area.
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or correct information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, buildings, or apartment numbers is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
"My item says it was delivered but I can't find it?"
MixxedFit® does not hold or take responsibility for packages that show delivered by carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as being delivered. You may directly reach out to the USPS as that is the carrier we use to ship our packages to you.
"How long will it take to get my package?"
We process and package orders daily Monday - Friday. In MOST cases, there is a 5-7 day turn around from the time of order to the shipping process as long as the item is in stock and through the production process. Which includes classic tees and sale items. This turn around time excludes New dope drops and Get the Look Collection items.
OFTEN orders may take up to two weeks +/- to ship out depending on the item purchased (ie; New drops, Get The Look Collection Items).
Once shipped you should receive your package within 5 business days. Days may increase due to postal holidays, etc.
There may be times of the year where these days are increased due to high traffic times of the year (ie; holidays)
"Do you restock items that are sold out?"
We do keep our Classic MixxedFit® Tees in stock year round! These are great for class and/or when you have MixxedFit® demos! For any apparel or items that are marked "Limited Edition", however, they will only be available for one run and will never reappear in the same color combination again.
"What is your policy on coupon/cart codes?"
Each code will have separate rules depending on the current offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of coupon code and to modify or cancel offer due to technical errors or unforeseen problems.
"Can I use my swag dollars on anything?"
Absolutely. Just keep in mind that each time you exchange your swag dollars for a coupon code that each coupon code has its own set of rules attached to it (ie; one might say $50 off any order of $150 or more, so it can not be used to purchase carts that have less than $50.)
