"Am I able to pick up my purchase in person?"

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar store.  It's definitely in the plans for 2017!

"What is your Exchange Policy?"

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of package delivery. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Please e-mail store@mixxedfit.com with the following information; Order number, Item you are exchanging, item you would like instead and tracking # of package.

"I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach Customer Support for the store?"  

Please e-mail store@mixxedfit.com or call 855.5.MIXXED ext 712. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

"Do you ship everywhere?"

We ship anywhere within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, please e-mail store@mixxedfit.com and we would love to assist you with your purchase.

"How long will it take to get my package?"

Orders placed before 5pm pacific standard time will be filled within 48 hours.  Once shipped you should receive your package between 5-7 business days (plus an extra day for any weekday holiday).  Days may at times be more depending on high traffic seasons for the USPS (i.e. holidays).

"Do you restock items that are sold out?"

We do keep our XX Logo tees in stock year round!  These are great for class and/or when you have MixxedFit® demos!  For any apparel or items that are marked "Limited Edition", however, they will only be available for one run and will never reappear in the same color combination again.
